One of the primary goals in developing retailer compliance systems is to avoid redundant data entry. By using existing data, we’re able to provide necessary linkage between uploaded compliance documentation and suppliers. So we offer our clients four basic approaches:

Web Services – The ability to pull data, such as PO and supplier information, directly into the system via a web service.
EDI – For security purposes, some clients prefer to restrict access to their servers and instead prefer to provide a daily data dump for the app to import.
Excel Uploads – Excel uploads often offer a serviceable bridge between two or more system.
Manual Upload – Finally, there may be times when a client prefers a more “fat fingered” approach to entering data, which we can provide as well.
